Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Declaration

Last updated: 10 June 2026

1

Purpose of This Declaration

This declaration sets out Afrimarkethub Ltd's commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains. It is designed for publication on our website and applies to our directors, employees, contractors, vendors, suppliers, logistics partners, service providers and other business partners who work with or through Afrimarkethub.

2

Our Business and Marketplace Model

Afrimarkethub Ltd operates an online marketplace that connects customers with vendors offering goods and related services. Our supply chain may include independent vendors, product suppliers, payment providers, delivery and logistics partners, technology providers, marketing providers, professional advisers and other third-party service providers. Because marketplace businesses may involve multiple sellers, product categories, countries of origin and delivery routes, we recognise the importance of clear standards, appropriate checks and continuous improvement.

3

Our Commitment

  • We will not knowingly support, tolerate or benefit from modern slavery, human trafficking or exploitative labour practices.
  • We expect vendors, suppliers and business partners to comply with applicable labour, employment, human rights, immigration, health and safety, and anti-slavery laws.
  • We expect all workers in our supply chains to be treated with dignity, paid lawfully, employed voluntarily and provided with safe working conditions.
  • We will take reasonable steps to identify, assess and address modern slavery risks as our business grows.
  • We will respond appropriately to concerns, allegations or evidence of modern slavery, including escalation, investigation, remediation and, where necessary, termination of relationships.
4

Vendor and Supplier Expectations

All vendors, suppliers and business partners working with Afrimarkethub Ltd are expected to operate responsibly and must not use forced labour, trafficked labour, prison labour, child labour, deceptive recruitment, confiscation of identity documents, abusive working conditions, unlawful wage deductions, excessive working hours or any form of coercion. Vendors must ensure that their own suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and subcontractors meet equivalent standards.

Where appropriate, Afrimarkethub Ltd may require vendors and suppliers to confirm compliance with our marketplace rules, provide business information, answer due diligence questions, maintain accurate records, cooperate with reasonable checks and promptly report any actual or suspected modern slavery issue connected to products, workers, contractors or supply chains.

5

Due Diligence and Risk Management

Our due diligence approach is proportionate to our size, marketplace model and risk profile. As part of our ongoing controls, we may:

  • Review vendor applications and business information before allowing sellers to trade on the marketplace.
  • Include anti-slavery, lawful employment and ethical trading obligations in vendor or supplier terms.
  • Monitor complaints, customer feedback, product concerns and operational red flags.
  • Prioritise additional checks for higher-risk product categories, countries, supply chains or business relationships.
  • Require vendors or suppliers to provide further information where concerns arise.
  • Suspend, restrict or remove vendors or products where serious concerns are identified.
  • Keep our controls under review as our marketplace expands.
6

Reporting Concerns

Anyone who has concerns about modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour or unethical labour practices connected to Afrimarkethub Ltd, our vendors, suppliers or marketplace should report the concern promptly. Reports can be made by contacting support@afrimarkethub.com or privacy@afrimarkethub.com. We will treat reports seriously and handle them sensitively. Where appropriate, we may involve relevant authorities, safeguarding organisations, law enforcement, regulators or specialist support services.

7

Approval and Review

This declaration has been approved by Afrimarkethub Ltd and will be reviewed periodically, or sooner if there are material changes to our business, supply chains, marketplace operations or legal obligations.
